As part of this agreement, UK GSE have signed their 1st contract in Norway for the development of a logistic cross dock warehouse of 20,000 m2 in the OSLO area. The 11.70m free height building will be fully fitted (sprinkler, heating) for NILLE (end user). The works shall start early June 2009 and be completed by the 01st of February 2010.

This project will use resources from around the world with GSE planning to purchase about 70-75% of its trades in the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Poland and China.
