GSE was at its usual exhibition stand - n° D102 – at the SIMI corporate real estate trade show which took place from 3 to 5 December at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.

Real Estate Markets Cycle:

Avant-première – Results from the study on the French logistics real estate sector. A conference organized by GSE for investors, developers and users.

This annual study, jointly led by Afilog and GSE through Oblog, established the current status of logistics real estate for buildings over 5000 m². A fundamental study for your business sector, it provides a geographic overview of the current situation and future trends, with the breakdown of logistics buildings per type of stakeholder. All the characteristics of the entire logistics field.

Alongside GSE and AFILOG, key speakers provided their insights on major trends and scenarios for the future, taking into account the globalization of the economy, the industrialization of logistics, technological innovations and the increasingly strict regulatory environment.

Jean-Pierre Hugues, President of GSE, spoke on "The consequences of the “Grenelle de l'Environnement” on corporate real estate".
