GSE Design and Build

Every successful company relies on the professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication of its staff to deliver the best solutions for each project, and at GSE we are no exception.

At the heart of the GSE system is the dual team consisting of the Business Development Manager and Construction Manager who are empowered to make all essential decisions. The Business Development Manager is responsible for all technical and commercial decisions whilst the Project Manager guarantees the design and construction of the project. They work closely with the design consultants, specialist engineers and subcontractors, all of whom are integrated into the quality process.

The Team regularly meet throughout the project to review the ongoing controls and correct any deviations. This ensures that quality is an integral part of the construction process, and is not left and addressed at the final delivery stages.

Major structural works such as floor slabs or sprinklers require special attention. Project managers undertake ongoing technical training in many key areas to develop their knowledge and expertise. GSE’s regional Construction Directors supervise the Project Managers and report on Quality to the general management, which ensures both quality and delivery.
 
The Implementation of this Quality strategy has enabled GSE to capitalize on its experience, leading to increasing customer satisfaction, and ultimately, customer loyalty. 

GSE employs a dedicated M and E team to continuously montior and evaluate all aspects of the project.
