The GSE Hub

The GSE HUB is the grouping together of 3D modelling technology, with Computational Fluid Dynamics Technology in order to provide a detailed analysis of a building during the design phase helping us to achieve a level of sustainability which is at the forefront of the industry.

The GSE Hub will deliver its clients added value services by providing;

  • An integrated supply chain from manufacturer through to the tenant.
  • One “platform” storing all information relevant to the project, helping the role of the Architect to evolve.
  • Integration of specialists’ knowledge in the design phase.
  • A real engineering and visualisation tool for you and your clients which can also include fit out works and racking / Process equipment installation.
  • Year on year improvement on design/cost/carbon ratio for a standard building
  • Tailored solution to suit tenant’s requirement

GSE are continuously investing in new technology and in people, bringing its clients the best in terms of operation and expertise. Bringing all these together with the GSE HUB will lead to an « intelligent building model » which will use parameters to achieve a specific target, within defined boundaries, budget and deadline.

All members of this HUB have committed to keep bringing new innovations in order to provide its clients and GSE with the best competitive edge.

Future Development of the GSE Hub
  • Subsoil 3D modelling – Plaxsis Surfer
  • Roof to be viewed as an energy platform
  • Data acquisition system (real world data – integration to design parameter)
  • All innovations will be pre-validated into the model to determine benefits (cost, carbon, programme…)
  • « Production line » concept, parts reduction
