Global Quality Standards

GSE provide rigorous solutions in 16 different countries, on 4 continents, for industrial, logistics and office sector clients. We provide all our clients with consistently high levels of quality regardless of location.

One of the keys to our success and continued growth is the presence of quality from the very first contact right through to our dedicated after-care service.

A dedicated Quality Department

Reporting directly to the GSE board, the Quality Department acts independently throughout the Group. It undertakes customer satisfaction surveys, construction site audits and implements a suppliers’ charter by working in close partnership with our procurement team.

This maintains a culture of quality throughout all aspects of our business. GSE delivers “optimum quality” achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction regardless of our clients’ economic restrictions on any given project.
